Yes, it can be just as effective as in-person training for many individuals. The key to success is clear
communication, commitment to the prescribed plans, and regular feedback.
Advanced technology and apps also enable close monitoring of progress.

We use whatever you have to your availability.

Basically this program is built for commercial or home gyms and we urge you to work out in a gym.

But as this is a personalized program, also using bodyweight exercises or a mix is possible.

Sometimes your schedule or other limitations just don't allow for going to a gym.

No excuses. We make it work.

Life happens, and we understand that. The key is communication. Let
your coach know so they can adjust your plan accordingly and provide
strategies to get back on track without guilt or pressure.

Communication happens via Zoom and also via our in built messaging function in the training app.

This varies in regards to your progress. However, your plans are usually updated once a week from your coach after the weekly meeting.

We monitor all aspects of your progress via our training app.

This way we make sure you continue the path to greatness without wasting time.
